Based on Amelia Island, Miranda Architects has more than 20 years experience designing homes in Duval and Nassau counties. In that time, they've built a diverse portfolio of projects that vary in style and scope to fit the needs of each client.
Approach
Having recently gone through an ownership change, Miranda contacted nGen Works about rebranding the company and developing their website. The spaces they were creating since the change were much higher quality than their brand elements would suggest. As a firm located on an island, many of their projects included beach-influenced designs.
The design we needed to create had to incorporate their island roots with the hip factor of the high-end architectural firm they had become. This was accomplished by transforming the “M” in Miranda into 3 windows giving the illusion of looking outside. The sea oats tie the logo into the beach influence and their relaxed easy-going nature. The typeface meanwhile emphasizes the progressive modern appeal with the blue color palette giving a sense of calm to the mark.
